In Envelope mode, you can modulate the internal transient detector to allow you to shape the dynamics of how your delay trail sits within your mix. In LFO mode, the modulator can go from subtle flowing and wooshing sounds, similar to that of vintage analog delays all the way to total sonic destruction with heavily mangled and contorted sounds that will take your sound to another dimension. If it's not enough to have four independent delay lines, Sigmund goes one step further by offering a plethora of different modes per delay channel that work outside of the feedback loop, such as multi-mode filter, overdrive mode, amplitude modulator and more! If that wasn't enough tonal shaping options, Sigmund also employs two general modulators that can be used in three modes to modulate the internal parameters of each delay line.
